We are hiring a Full–Time Truck Driver/Operations Specialist in DIXON, NE to join our team.

This position 's driving duties will allow you to be HOME EVERY NIGHT!

Responsibilities
  • Pick up and delivery products to customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
  • Ensure and assist with on–time loading/unloading and communicate with vendors if delay occurs.
  • Load/unload products from railcars and trucks.
  • Assist in warehouse when not delivering product.
  • Work with patrons in a courteous/professional manner.
  • Assist with control and monitor of all load–out functions when working on operations side/not driving.
  • Understand/operate automated scale/dump systems.
  • Blend product and/or generate blends.
  • Monitor quality of inventory and blended product.
  • Operate heavy equipment as needed.
  • Perform other duties as needed or assigned.

Qualifications
  • Must meet minimum age requirement by state.
  • 3+ months experience operating a tractor–trailer combination, manual & automatic.
  • Valid Class A CDL.
  • Ability to pass DOT drug test.
  • Ability to work additional hours/occasional weekends to meet business demands.
  • Ability to lift up to 75lbs, climb rail cars/ladders/stairs/bins, work in dusty conditions/all weather conditions throughout shift.

Additional Qualifications (Preferred, not Required)
  • Air Brake endorsements.
  • Agriculture background knowledge and/or experience helpful.
  • Experience operating loaders, conveyors, tractors, and track mobile preferred.
  • Bulk liquid, pressure trailer, or forklift experience.
  • Grain, fertilizer, or chemical handling experience.
